For this project, I drafted using analog collage, gathering materials based on thematic concerns in the client's novel. Below, you can see some of the composite elements that appear in one of the covers above. The client requested very little presence of type, so rather than type as image, I relied on a more organic process of defining the protagonist through imagery.
